An eco lifestyle coach is a mentor who helps individuals, families, educators, business leaders, and community members experience conscious change and take action that is peaceful, healthy, and sustainable. Eco lifestyle coaching can help you live in alignment with your values through achieving realistic goals that benefit self, other people, the environment, and/or animals. Using a holistic approach the coach and client form a partnership, designed to help the client feel empowered and motivated to create a positive lifestyle that is personally fulfilling, and contributes to creating a world that matches your vision.
